Please read the following contract carefully. Signing this document and sending your deposit confirms you agree to all terms below. Feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re happy to clarify anything.
(We know this may sound strict, but we’re very flexible and always try to work with our buyers. These policies are simply in place to protect our rabbits and ensure a smooth process.)
🐇 NOTE: Your rabbit is not reserved until this contract is signed AND your deposit is received. We cannot hold a bunny without both.
We do not guarantee the health of any rabbit after it leaves our property. All rabbits are checked multiple times and sold as healthy to the best of our knowledge.
We are not liable for any:
Health issues
Accidents
Vet bills
Expenses
Or any other problems after the rabbit leaves
By signing this contract, you agree the rabbit appears healthy and free of issues at pickup. We highly recommend quarantining any new rabbit for at least 30 days if you already have other rabbits.
A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a rabbit.
If you change your mind, fail to respond, or miss pickup without notice, your deposit is forfeited and the rabbit may be sold to someone else.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another rabbit or litter.
Rabbits are ready to leave at 8 weeks of age (this will be communicated when you reserve).
Please plan pickup accordingly—we are not a boarding center.
If you can no longer keep your rabbit:
Please contact us first—we will accept the rabbit back if we have space and will work to find it a new home.
No refunds will be given.
If we cannot take the rabbit back, we will help you rehome it responsibly.
Please adopt only if you're prepared to commit for 10–12 years. Rabbits do not handle rehoming well—it causes them significant stress.
Rabbits must be picked up on the agreed date, usually when they turn 8 weeks old.
We can hold your rabbit for $5/day after that date—only if we have space.
If we do not hear back from you, your rabbit may be resold and your deposit is forfeited.
Failure to pick up within 72 hours of the agreed date requires full payment and boarding fees.
🐾 IMPORTANT: The main caretaker must be present at pickup to receive important care instructions.
Sexing young rabbits is not always accurate. While we check carefully and multiple times, errors can happen.
We are not responsible if the sex of the rabbit turns out to be different later. You will also have the opportunity to verify the sex at pickup.
All of our rabbits are pedigreed unless stated otherwise.
Pet quality rabbits will not receive pedigrees.
Let us know at least one week prior to pickup if you’d like the pedigree.
Once issued, no changes can be made.
Please do not edit or change the rabbit’s name on the pedigree.
If you use a third-party transporter:
We are not responsible for any issues once the rabbit leaves our property.
We accept Cash or Cash App only.
Deposits via Cash App must be sent as ‘friends and family’ (please contact us to arrange).
The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale with no refund if:
You are unresponsive
Pickup dates are constantly changed
You are not prepared or cooperative
Or if we believe it's not a good fit for the rabbit
Please make sure you have done proper research and are fully prepared to bring home a rabbit.
Rabbits may be reserved at 4–6 weeks old and picked up at 8 weeks.
No early pickups allowed.
We send updated photos every 2 weeks as long as it’s not stressful to the babies.
Your rabbit will go home with:
Transitional pellets (feed only these for 2–3 days)
A care sheet
A toy or two
🌿 Feed only quality hay.
🍎 Avoid treats/veggies/fruits until 6 months of age (some are harmful—please research).
❤️ We've handled and loved your rabbit from day one, but we cannot guarantee personality or behavior.
Rabbits are exotic pets with special care needs (especially GI stasis).
They are a 10+ year commitment. We want them to be just as loved in your home as they are here.
We LOVE updates and photos—these babies are part of our family, and we hope they’ll be part of yours too.
